With our VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICE we help provide the impression that you are a well established company with personal receptionist. We provide you with a an “02” phone number dedicated to your business. You may forward another number into the number we allocate to your business. When your number rings your company name appears on our screens at reception. Your receptionist handles all your incoming calls in your company name according to your instructions. Callers may be transferred to a home office, your mobile, or any other number, with the caller’s name and company announced to you. Messages may be taken and delivered to you via e-mail or SMS. For after-hours calls we may divert the line to a mobile phone or to announce only voicemail.
The service may be activated within 24 hours.
With our VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICE we may forward your mail to you the day it is received (at no additional charge for forwarding standard Australian post within Australia), or we mail e-mail you when mail arrives and you may may pick up your mail at our reception. We can e-mail you that mail or a package is waiting for you. You may also use our fax number: 02 9844 5445 and e-mail your faxes to you and your team (attracts a 50 cents per page plus GST charge).
